VKPAK Automatic tube filling and sealing machines feed the tube into a rotary indexing table, orients the tube then fills and seals with either heat seal and trim, or fold and crimp for metal tubes. Suitable for a wide range of applications, tube filling and sealing equipment can fill creams, lotions, food products, pharmaceuticals, greases, gels, glues, pastes, and even, on occasion, powders. All of our automatic tube filling and sealing machines include automatic tube loading, orientation, filling, sealing, and coding for plastic or metal tubes with speed ranges from 30 to 160 tubes per minute and sizes up to 300 ml.
VKPAK offers four types of fully automatic tube filling and sealing machines, three models with capacities of 30-60 tubes per minute, and a high-speed multi-head filling and sealing machine. (Each type can be customized to meet the packer's specific needs.)
The VK-TFS-009U utilizes ultrasonic sealing for plastic and laminated tubes with a capacity of 20-30 tubes per minute; VK-TFS-009H adopts hot air sealing for plastic tubes and laminated tubes with a capacity of 40-60 tubes per minute; VK-TFS-009A adopts folding sealing for aluminum and metal tubes with a capacity of 40-60 tubes per minute; VK-TFS-100 is a high speed filling and sealing machine with hot air sealing for plastic and laminated tubes and folding sealing for aluminum and metal tubes with a capacity of 60-160 tubes per minute.

The tube filling machine will automatically load the tubes from the tube hopper, and the photo mark sensor will automatically position the tube. Using the hot air sealing / ultrasonic sealing / folding sealing method. Then, the tube is transferred to the closing station where the tube is sealed and embossed as required.
