Introduction
The VK-EPF automatic linear viscous piston filling machine is design on the base of the VK-PF, it is also an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly thin and middle viscosity liquids.
The VKPAK automatic linear piston filler is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame and is capable of supporting 2 to 4 fill nozzles PLC Controls, touch screen, food grade contact parts, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, plus many more features come standard.
IT adds efficiency to any production line used in the cosmetic, food industry, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. Additional options are available for sanitary, hazardous, flammable and corrosive environments.

This machine adopt program to control, model of filling can be chosen, specification can be adjusted and emergency stop alert; intelligent indication, man-machine interface operating more convenient. More simple for adjusting, clean and maintain. It is really convenient, be able to filling any bottle, measure accurately.
2. According to all kind of requirements, we can customize manufacture all kinds of models. You can optionally choose: avoid drop leak well and draw bench filling head block, lifting system for filling rich foam liquid, and latitudinal bottle location system. Quantity of filling heads can add according to the requirement.
Working Principle
1. When automatic filling system is turned on, the empty bottles pass by the photo detector, if input bottle photo detector receives the bottles quantity as pre-set; the system will control the bottle blocker hang out, block the bottle, filling head, decline, fill, until all the bottles arrive the right position, then it start to fill in (effectively control the security and reliability). (if the system is set as secondary operation, it will fill second time after first time). When filling work finishes as the set level, the PLC will immediately send stop filling signal, then the filling head rise up, bottle blocker get back. When posterior bottle blocker return, output photo detector take account. When output 4 bottles, the first bottle blocker return, at the same time release photo detector get the 4 bottle, then the posterior bottle blocker hang out; new bottles enter, and input bottle photo detector receive 4 bottles, repeat last working process and so on.
2. Meanwhile, according to the level change in the work liquid store cylinder the PLC receive the signal from the liquid level sensor, liquid compensate system keep the liquid level in proper region in the cylinder, therefore make sure the filling precise.
