Some models support both English and Spanish language and can work with both opaque and printed labels. These labeling machines use self-adhesive, pressure sensitive labels, and they can be fed manually or integrated into an existing production line. They can label different materials, including metal, PVC, glass, PP, PET, HDPE, and ceramics. Other models can apply 1 or 2 labels onto round, flat, or oval surfaces. There are also machines that are designed for flat surfaces like food trays, boxes, packets, envelopes, and cartons. A labeler produces a consistent, professional product very quickly and easily. Certain automatic labelers can produce up to 200 pieces per minute, depending on the type of product and the feed speed.

Machine Description:

The VK-T803 adjustment method is simple and only needs to move the height of the press wheel, the position of the label sensor and the slide sensor. The adjustment process is less than 10 minutes, and the labeling accuracy is high, and the error is difficult to be seen by the naked eye. It is the best choice for products with less mass production.

Work Process

1. Press the switch after the product is already put in, the machine clamps the product.

2. And next the slide moves backwards and next forwards , when the sensor senses that the slide has reached a certain position, the machine sends out the label.

3. Then the wheel presses the label onto the product until one label is all pulled out.

4. Last, release the product and the machine will automatic restore, a labeling process is completed.

Label Production Requirements:

1. The gap between the label and the label is 2-3mm;

2. The distance between the label and the edge of the bottom paper is 2mm;

3. The bottom paper of the label is made of glassine, which has good toughness and prevents it from breaking (to avoid cutting the bottom paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm, arranged in a single row.
