Designing a food filling line: Product is king

  • The food sauce glass jar or pet bottle bottling line including Jar automatic feeding table or turntable, automatic jar air washing machine, sterilization tunnel UV types, automatic jar or bottle capping machine (the caps will also be sterilization before capping), automatic sauce filling machine, automatic labeling system, date printer (laser printer or ink printer for option) and cartoning system.

In conclusion, Easy clean designs, wash down, CIP systems and drip free operation are critical factors when packing liquid food products. Machines must be easy to clean and sterilise between batches and all components in contact with the product must be manufactured using FDA certified materials. Special hose and seal materials avoid bug traps.
