The filling capacity is adjusted directly on the touch screen. The lifting of the valve is driven by a servo motor, and the easy-to-bubble liquid can be filled with the liquid level. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.

Rotary Lobe Pump Working Principle
Rotary lobe pumps, which are self-priming positive displacement pumps, are not sensitive to dry running. The synchronized rotation of the rotor pair and the increasing suction chamber create a vacuum on the priming side of the pump. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump chamber and the pumped medium is conveyed past the pump wall into the pressure area by the rotors. The synchronized rotation of the rotor pair and the decreasing pressure chamber create an overpressure on the discharge side of the pump. The flow direction can easily be reversed by changing the direction of rotation.

The filling valve is made of 304 stainless steel, and the valve length, diameter, and suction function can be customized according to the bottle mouth diameter, bottle height, and degree of liquid foaming. The lifting of the filling valve is controlled by a servo motor.
The storage tank is made of 316 stainless steel, and the round bottom storage tank is convenient for liquid flow, easy to clean, and has no residue. CIP cleaning function can be selected as required.
