Application

Suitable for all kinds of cylindrical objects labeling, small taper round bottle labeling, such as xylitolcosmetics round bottles, wine bottles and so on. Can achieve full week / half weeks labeling, front and back labeling circumference, is back mark pitch can be adjusted. Widely used in food, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

VK-HRL is a flexible labeling system for syringes and other narrow cylindrical containers. Horizontal trunnion conveyor ensures high speed labeling and extra precision. Labeled syringes are also collected orderly at the exit. For other cylindrical containers, an optional integrated tray inserter is available for collecting the labeled bottles into inner packaging trays. Optional camera inspection and auto-rejection at high speed is also available.

• Horizontal labeling is efficient for solving slender bottles that existing incongruity between feeding and labeling direction.
• The system can be used fully stand alone as well as can be integrated easily into an existing production line for in-line operation.
• Vertical & horizontal collected modes are flexibility chosen.
• Various inspection functions available as options for missed label, missed code or wrong code etc. by machine vision devices or photo-electric devices.
• Optional hot-stamping coder, thermal transfer overprinter, or inkjet coder can be integrated into the system seamlessly. Device status and alarm are reflected in the system.
