Introduction

This semi automatic paste filling machine is a semi-automatic piston type filler. The material pumped through a piston which is driven by a cylinder and the flow direction is controlled by rotary valve. The cylinder stroke is controlled by a signal valve and the filling amount can be adjusted by a hand wheel.

This filling machine is mainly used for paste and sauce which is of high consistence.

This paste filling machine can be equipped with different kind of tank, such as roud tank, square tank, the tank with stirrer and the tank with heating, and the volume of the tank can be customized.

The machine is a semi-automatic piston filling machine, which is driven by a cylinder to extract and eject material. The material flow is controlled by a three-way rotary valve. The stroke of the cylinder can be controlled by the reed switch. The filling volume can be adjusted. You can adjust the intake air cylinder to achieve rapid or slow filling.

Usually, the semi-automatic paste filling machine divided into single filling nozzle or double filling nozzle according to the needs of different customers. The photo is following:

Semi Automatic Paste Filling Machine With Mixing Tank (U Type Hopper)

The machine changes the standard round hopper into a U-shaped hopper, and is equipped with an automatic stirring function. The hopper has a larger capacity and is suitable for filling materials with high viscosity and small particles.

This machine with mixing blender can use for very viscous liquid. It can be used to chemical, food, pesticides and other special industries. It can be filled with high viscosity materials such as honey / sauce / toothpaste, and can be filled with granulated materials such as chili sauce/sesame sauce. Semi-Automatic Filling Machine With Mixing + Heating Hopper

This machine is adding mixing and heating function to the standard hopper, which is suitable for packaging products with small particles or need heating to keep the material flowing, such as: jam, honey, etc. The mixing function makes the small particles evenly mixed in the liquid, and the heating function makes it easier to flow the materials with poor fluidity at room temperature and thus easy to fill.
