VK-10AEF Electronic Chemical Explosion-Proof Filling Machine
VK-10AEF explosion-proof quantitative liquid filling machine (filling head does not touch the liquid), using a change nozzle type (3 nozzles) design, inside the pail, above the liquid level filling method, suitable for the electronic chemicals industry without foam acid and alkali liquid materials filling. The uniquely designed filling head unit is easy to operate, quick and precise to fill; and guarantees maximum material purity.
During operation, the operator simply aligns the pail mouth just below the filling head, presses the [Start] button on the handle, and the system will automatically tare the empty pails. Then open the filling valve to fill accurately; when the filling is over, the filling head automatically closes the mouth of the barrel and leaks it, and manually pushes the barrel out of the weighing table and capping is completed.
